A Few Things to Note

As always, we want your holiday to be perfect, and it's no different with our Simply Stay Flexi-Breaks. Therefore, we want to make a few things really clear so you know what to expect:

  • We are only providing self-contained, self-catered accommodation
  • For environmental reasons, please bring your own duvets, pillows, and bed sheets
  • To keep us all safe, check-in and any other guest services you may require will be provided contact-free
  • Our Holiday Village is not suitable for self-isolation if you have symptoms of coronavirus

Your Frequent Questions

What is the difference between a Flexi-Break and our traditional holiday experience?
When you book a Flexi-Break, you can arrive any day you like, stay any number of nights between 3 and 21, and you get an early check-in of 1pm. Unlike the traditional holiday park experience, we simply provide your accommodation. You and your family will have all the time in the world to explore the beauty of South Devon, with the safety and comfort of a self-contained, self-catered holiday home.
Why aren't you offering reduced facilities like other parks?
We want to offer you value for money. We are not confident that it is possible to deliver a satisfactory experience for you with the restrictions that would need to be in place. Even if we offered reduced facilities, there'd be a lot of extra costs behind the scenes. You deserve value for money, so we've gone right back to basics and created amazing nightly rates for 2020. You'll get the keys to your self-contained holiday home and the rest is up to you!
Will your facilities be opened if the government allows you to?
We take our commitment to our guests' safety, enjoyment, and wellbeing very seriously. Each business has its own individual, challenging constraints. Having made detailed risk assessments, some of our facilities are simply not suitable to reopen within the current guidelines. We are not prepared to compromise your safety, enjoyment, or wellbeing, even if it is not in our commercial interests. Of course, we'll be back to business as usual for 2021!
Are the prices lower, then?
Yes! You can make savings of over 50% on certain stays when compared to our normal tariff. Rates are nightly instead of being based on the length of stay, but we've made sure everything works out to be amazing value. Our nightly rates are incredible value for 2020. Search for your holiday now.
What are you actually providing?
Everything you need for a self-catering stay will be in your holiday home as usual. Although all our guests services will be contact-free, you can still contact us for anything you should need during your stay! As usual, you'll need to provide your own towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid, toilet rolls, and other items of a personal nature. In addition, you will need to bring your own duvets, pillows, and bed linen on Flexi-Breaks.
Why do I need to bring my own duvets and pillows?
We've carefully thought about every element of your stay to help ensure a safe environment for you, your family, and our DV Team. If we provided duvets and pillows, then in the current climate, we would need to use disposable products. This is not sustainable or environmentally-friendly. Help us avoid these impacts and sleep soundly by bringing your own duvets, pillows, and bed sheets when you book a Simply Stay Flexi-Break. Please remember to take your bedding home with you.
How will I check in?
Contact-free check-in will be available between 1pm and 6pm. Your arrival pack will be ready for you with your keys, then you're good to go. For any arrivals after this time, please get in touch with us to make arrangements.
What are you doing to ensure the cleanliness of accommodation?
Every accommodation will be fully sanitised or fogged between each guest. In addition to our usual high standards of housekeeping, we're using anti-viral, hospital-grade cleaning products. To allow extra time for this enhanced cleaning, we've also reduced the number of accommodations available at any one time. Our in-house Housekeeping Team will be provided with all appropriate PPE. Rest assured we're taking all precautions to keep you and your family safe.
How will you ensure social distancing between accommodations?
All caravans are at least 5 metres apart from each other. We will be spacing out all occupied accommodations as far as possible, subject to any special requests.

Never fear! We're still here. You can contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Details will be in your accommodation.
