All the details on this page are for guests who book directly with us. If you booked via an agent, contact them for help with payments.

What do I pay upfront?

Are you an early booker or a last-minute escaper?
Depending on how far in advance you book, you could secure your holiday without having to pay for it all in one go.

I'll be arriving in more than 8 weeks

You'll be able to secure your holiday with a deposit, which is made up of:

Holiday Deposit £50 for each week (or part-week) of your stay
Holiday Cancellation Plan (optional) £4 for each night of your stay

The deposit is a minimum payment. You are welcome to pay more (or even the full amount). If the total cost of your holiday is less than the deposit, then you'll simply pay that instead.

After you pay the deposit, you can make as many payments as you like, as long as you've paid all of it at least 8 weeks before you're due to arrive.

I'll be arriving in fewer than 8 weeks

As you're making a more last-minute booking, you'll have to pay the full amount in one go.

Don't forget that if you add our Holiday Cancellation Plan when you book, you may qualify for a refund. This covers you for sickness, redundancy, or jury service (proof required) up to 48 hours before arrival.

When has everything got to be paid by?

We've made it easy. Put your arrival date in below and we'll show the latest date you should be fully paid up!

How can I pay?

You can make payments to us in the following ways:

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit/debit cards.

You can pay using your card details online or over the phone.

We also accept card payments at our Reception during the season (April to October).

You can transfer funds directly from your bank account to ours. Online or mobile banking makes it a breeze.

For transfers from UK bank accounts, our details are:
Sort code: 30-80-37 / Account number: 36576763.

For transfers from international bank accounts*, our IBAN code is:
GB64 LOYD 3080 3736 5767 63.

The transaction reference should be your booking number and postcode, for example:
123456 TQ14 0EY

*For international transfers, SEPA Credit Transfer is supported, but SEPA Instant is not.

You can arrange for instalments to be taken from your card automatically each month. This lets you spread the cost without paying anything more - 0% extra!

As long as your payments are successful each month, you can rest easy, since your balance will be paid off in time without even having to think about it.
