Reception and Reservations - COVID-19 (Work Environment)

We identified the following hazards
  1. Contamination of surfaces with the virus
  2. Coughing/sneezing
  3. Close proximity between persons
We identified the following risks
  1. Contraction of illness
  2. Spreading illness to others
  3. Interruption of business operation
We identified the following persons at risk
  1. Staff
  2. Contractors/subcontractors
  3. Caravan sales partners
We have put the following hazard controls in place
  1. Staff are made aware of risks and prevention measures (training given and recorded)
  2. Each member of staff is to record their temperature in the file provided using a contact-free infrared thermometer prior to the commencement of work. IPA 70% alcohol wipes are provided to sanitise the thermometer after usage.
  3. Posters prominently displayed to remind all persons of importance of washing hands and maintaining good levels of hygiene
  4. Alcohol-based hand sanitiser is supplied
  5. Perspex screens installed between work stations
  6. IPA 70% alcohol wipes provided
  7. Workstations dedicated to one member of staff wherever possible. Where not, all surfaces are sanitised between users
  8. The booking office has been rearranged to provide more space between desks
  9. The booking office kitchen area has been rearranged to provide more space
  10. Staff are instructed to sanitise all shared surfaces at the end of each day
