Before EVERY shift the lifeguards on duty must take their temperature and record it. If any member of staff feels unwell or is showing ANY symptoms of illness, they are to stay at home and inform the holiday park in the first instance.
We also have a COVID isolation point in the far corner of the pool building by the fire exit. This is there in case anyone shows symptoms whilst swimming and can exit the pool and isolate until they can be assessed and dealt with as per our COVID emergency plan.
