General Site - COVID-19 (Holiday Home Sales)

We identified the following hazards
  1. Contamination of surfaces with the virus
  2. Coughing/sneezing
  3. Close proximity between persons
We identified the following risks
  1. Contraction of disease
  2. Transmission of disease
  3. Interruption of business operation
We identified the following persons at risk
  1. Visitors
  2. Staff
  3. Caravan sales partners
  4. Holiday home owners
We have put the following hazard controls in place
  1. Hand sanitiser is provided in the temporary sales office (Boathouse Restaurant)
  2. A maximum of two prospective purchasers from the same household are permitted to view at any one time
  3. PPE is provided to caravan sales partners and is offered to viewers
  4. Social distancing is in force at all times in line with government advice
  5. All caravans will be sanitised and visually marked as cleaned sanitised before a viewing
  6. One hour's ventilation will be allowed between viewings
  7. Appointments will be scheduled to allow time for cleaning and ventilation
  8. The keys to the accommodation will only be handled by the person running the sales appointment (the doors will be unlocked for the viewer)
  9. Sales persons remain outside the accommodation whilst the viewing is taking place
  10. Viewers will be asked to avoid touching surfaces
  11. Visitors will keep any pens used or touched
  12. Shared surfaces are sanitised after each use, such as PDQ machines, desks, chairs, and electronic devices
