Due to the most recent government announcement regarding COVID-19 restrictions in England, we are sorry that we will not be able to provide your holiday for the dates you have booked.
If you booked direct with us, you should have received an email with the subject "IMPORTANT: Your Holiday Booking". This contains a link to our new online service, Make My Choice, where you can review and choose the option for your booking.
If you booked via Hoseasons, they should be in contact with you directly. Sorry, we are unable to administer changes to Hoseasons bookings ourselves.
If you booked via Booking.com, you should have already received a message from us informing you that your booking is being cancelled. The cancellation is being processed by Booking.com.
If you booked via a newspaper promotion (Sun Holidays etc.), we haven't forgotten about you. Please wait for contact from us soon as we determine the options available for your booking.
It is disappointing that we will not be seeing you when planned, but hope we can see you another time.
