Please vacate your holiday home by 10am on the morning of departure. Out of courtesy to the next arriving guests, we kindly request your cooperation with this, as we offer booked arrival time slots that start from 1pm.
Please fill in our Guest Satisfaction Survey - we read every single one, and you can enter a Prize Draw at the end to win a top of the range holiday for up to 6 guests next summer!
Please let us know as soon as you realise to enable our Housekeeping Team the best opportunity to recover your lost property. We can send most items on via courier (although there are a few things we can't due to postage restrictions). This will carry a minimum charge of £12.
We're glad that we'll be able to welcome you again at Devon Valley. You can book your next year's holiday with us at Reception before you leave, if you wish. This means you'll also get special offers only available to those who book whilst on park. Alternatively, you can book again online or over the phone.
