Direct bookings are covered under the No Worries Guarantee. You would be offered a change of dates (no admin fee) or a full refund of all monies paid. We would contact you with full details and an easy way to choose your option. If you booked through an agent, you'll need to get in touch with them.
Direct bookings are covered under the No Worries Guarantee. If your area goes into lockdown, or there is some other government restrictions that means you are unable to arrive for your holiday, you will be offered a change of dates (no admin fee) or a full refund.
You are unable to book an accommodation with more than six guests unless you are all part of the same household or support bubble. We also ask that you respect the rule of six while on park with us.
Face coverings are mandatory inside our facilities for guests, visitors, and our DV Team. We will be wearing face coverings during drive-through check-in, and we invite you to wear one whilst in your vehicle and interacting with our Check-In Team.
The No Worries Guarantee applies free of charge to all direct bookings in 2021. It covers you if either our area or your area goes into lockdown and this means you cannot arrive for your holiday. In this case, you'd be offered a full refund. Our Holiday Cancellation Plan is a paid extra that covers sickness, redundancy, and jury service as well as other reasons, with any refund being dependent on how close your arrival date is and your reason for cancellation.
It is a legal requirement to register with Test and Trace when entering one of our facilties. You are invited to check-in using the NHS COVID-19 app, which is the easiest method of doing so. Posters are displayed at the entrance to our facilities, and there is also a QR code printed on your welcome letter. If you are unable to do so, please speak to a member of our Team.
