We are in a hilly location and there are inclines leading to most facilities. Our park may not be suitable for those with severe mobility restrictions. However, we have a number of accommodations available that may be more suitable for those who require level or step-free access to certain facilities. You should call us to check before booking.
It depends. For many accommodations, yes, you can park pretty much outside the door. For others, there might be a short walk involved. If the location of your parking space is very important to you, please book over the phone. Any oversized vehicles/vans must use the main car park.
We will do our best to meet any special requests made at the time of booking. If your request is of significant importance, please call us to book so our Guest Services Team can advise you. Some of our holiday home numbers are extremely popular, such as ones right by the river. Therefore, we can only guarantee a specific accommodation number if a requested unit charge (£30) is added to your booking.
