Getting in touch during the festive period

Our Reservations Team is still here to help throughout the Christmas period, but there are a couple of dates where we will be closed between now and the New Year.

We’ll be operating Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm up to Christmas Eve, when we will close at 1pm. We will then be closed until 9am on Tuesday, 29th

December (remember: we get an extra Bank Holiday on the Monday, since Boxing Day falls on the Saturday this year!)

You’ll get through to us again between 9am and 5pm on 29th and 30th December, and we will close early at 1pm on 31st December.

The Booking Line will be closed on New Year’s Day, although we’ll be available 9am to 1pm on Saturday 2nd January.

We won’t be available on Sunday 3rd January, but on Monday 4th January, we will resume our normal office hours.
