Our Holiday Cancellation Plan* covers you and your party if you cancel your holiday. We highly recommend taking out this plan, or another plan that gives you comparable cover.
It must be added per holiday home at the time of booking. If you choose not to, then your holiday is not refundable.
Our Holiday Cancellation Plan covers you and any member of your party in the event of not being able to travel to us due to sickness, redundancy, or jury service.
Please send us a cancellation request via email or letter, along with your contact details and holiday dates. Please also attach a copy of proof of your reason for cancellation, such as a doctor’s certificate, letter from your employer, or court notification. You are responsible for verifying that your request reaches us successfully. We highly recommend using a recorded delivery service if you send us a letter.
If we receive your request and proof more than 48 hours before your holiday is due to start, you will receive a full refund**. If it is fewer than 48 hours before your holiday is due to start when we receive your request and proof, the maximum refund will be 30% of the total holiday cost**.
You may still claim a refund if you need to cancel for reasons other than sickness, redundancy, or jury service. The amount you will receive back depends on how much notice you give us.
