Payment Options

How and When Can I Pay?

We require the full balance for bookings to be paid no later than 8 weeks (56 days) before your holiday starts. If your holiday is more than 8 weeks away at the time of booking, you will need to pay an initial deposit of £50 per week (or part week), plus Cancellation Cover if you choose to add this.

If you secure your booking with an initial deposit, you may make as many further payments towards your remaining balance as you like, as long as the full balance is received no later than 8 weeks before you're due to arrive.

We also offer a Zero % monthly payment option that spreads your remaining balance after your initial deposit into automatic monthly instalments from your credit or debit card.

Bank Transfer
Super quick and super easy - simply use your bank's online, telephone, or in-branch services to send your holiday balance to us electronically. Please use the details below for transfers from UK accounts (via BACS or Faster Payments Service):

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you use your BOOKING NUMBER (NOT Customer Number) so we are able to match your payment with the correct booking.

Our bank details never change. Never send your payment details via email. SEPA Credit Transfer is supported, but SEPA Instant Credit Transfer is not.

Debit or Credit Card
  • You can pay your deposit or full balance when booking online. If you originally made your booking online directly with us and have a balance to pay, or want to check your balance, you can do so here.
  • You can also make secure card payments over the phone. Simply call our Reservations Team with your payment card handy.
  • If you wish to pay in person with your card, you can do so at Reception during our opening hours. This option is not available when we are closed for the winter.
Zero % Monthly Payments

Spread the cost without paying anything more!

Pay your initial deposit plus Cancellation Cover as usual. We'll then calculate monthly, automatic card payments that will mean your balance is fully paid off 8 weeks before you're due to arrive. You can choose the day of the month that suits you for payment to be taken from your card.

Each payment plan is tailored to the individual booking, and you'll receive a breakdown of the payment dates and amounts in your confirmation email.

Cheque
Cheques are accepted for bookings made over the phone or at Reception. Please note the following:
  • You must tell us that you wish to pay a deposit or remaining balance by cheque so we can make a note of this against your booking.
  • Your booking number must be written on the back of the cheque.
  • You should arrange for your cheque to arrive within 5 working days of telling us you are sending one.
Due to the nature of receiving and processing cheques, we do reserve the right to refuse them as a form of payment if your arrival date is deemed too close to the date you make the booking.
