During your stay with us

We understand how important it is to have the confidence that your holiday destination will be clean and safe for you and your family. We've put together this overview to share the things we're doing to stay COVID-secure.

When you book

We're now collecting more information pre-arrival that we would usually have taken from you on arrival. This means check-in takes less time, reducing face-to-face contact between you and our Team.

We've also made it possible to pre-purchase electricity cards for chalets online and over the phone. This means your card will be ready for you straight away on arrival.

Before you arrive

Following the success of online check-in last year, we'll be using this pre-arrival service again for all bookings in 2021. We've made some big upgrades behind the scenes to this system as well, helping the whole thing run as smoothly as possible.

You'll be asked to confirm your holiday details, people in your group, and select a prebooked arrival time slot. If you choose not to check-in online, the standard check-in time of 4pm will apply.

Almost all our guests last year submitted a pre-arrival online check-in and prebooked a time slot. We predict a similar success this year, and in doing so, it helps us to offer a better guest experience.

When you arrive

Our drive-through check-in system last season was very popular indeed, and we learnt a lot from your feedback as the season progressed.

It was a totally new way of doing things, but we're putting all our learning from it into creating a safe and quick check-in experience for all our guests in 2021. While we can't confirm exact details just yet, rest assured you will be informed before arrival about what to expect.

Your accommodation

We'll continue using hospital-grade, antiviral cleaning products in 2021. Accommodation will be fully sanitised or fogged between each guest, plus it will be well ventilated after cleaning.

Our Housekeeping Team will continue to uphold our usual high standards of cleaning, so you can sleep easy.

On the park

Clear signage will be in place where necessary to direct you through one-way systems and remind you to keep your distance from others.

Where required or wherever a member of our Team wishes to, we'll be wearing face coverings to help keep our guests and visitors safe.

Hand sanitising stations are dotted around the park, including the entrance to all buildings and around outdoor play areas.

All of our facilities will operate within current COVID-secure guidelines.
