How do I pay for my holiday home?

A 10% deposit will be taken to secure your holiday home. We do not arrange finance for the purchase of your holiday home, so this is something you would need to arrange yourself if required.

Is Devon Valley an owners-exclusive park?

We are a family holiday village and welcome holiday guests to our park between April and November. However, owners enjoy an extended 10-month season.

Can I move a caravan I already own to your site?

No. However, we may have empty plots available for you to specify your own caravan with our suppliers (from a list of suitable new models) and have it delivered to our site.

Do I own the land?

No. You have the right to site your holiday home on the plot during the specified license period.

I have my own boat. What facilities do you have?

We have a slipway available to use (maximum 12ft vessel length), plus moorings available to rent on a weekly basis. For further information on boat moorings, please see Optional Owners' Services.

Can the holiday home be used as a main residence?

No. It is a holiday home, and you may therefore not use your holiday home as a main residence.

May I bring my dog?

Yes, you may. However, please note that we reserve the right to restrict certain types of breed that we deem inappropriate for a family holiday park. Dogs are strictly the only type of pet allowed at Devon Valley.
