Where Are We?

We may be biased (especially as it's in our very name), but we think Devon is a pretty special place - and there are few better places to choose for your dream holiday home. We are superbly located and easily accessed - nowhere comes close!

Nestled On The Banks Of The River Teign

There's little between us and the stunning River Teign estuary, which lies against the gorgeous backdrop of rolling Devon hills. You could easily be forgiven for losing an hour or two just watching the boats gently bobbing on the waters. In fact, we actively encourage it.

Perhaps you have your own boat? We even have a private slipway and moorings available to rent.

Just Outside The Village Of Shaldon

Imagine a quintessential picture-postcard village with chocolate box cottages - what comes to mind is probably very close to our local village of Shaldon, just under a mile away. You can pick up fresh bread and cakes in the famous Shaldon Bakery, and why not join in at numerous local golf clubs, including the nearby Shaldon Approach Golf?

A Short Hop To The English Riviera

Despite our tranquil location, you're never far from the action. A cool 15 minutes up the coastal road and you'll be in bustling Torquay - the jewel in the crown of the English Riviera. Take your pick from relaxing on Torre Abbey Green by the seafront or exploring the numerous secluded coves between Babbacombe and Maidencombe.
