Income From Your Holiday Home
What We Take Care Of
Your holiday home will be marketed via our website and available to book online or over the phone. Optionally, we can also use platforms such as Airbnb, Tripadvisor, and Booking.com to market your holiday home.
We collect payment balances and issue holiday confirmations on your behalf.
We handle check-in, check-out, and guest queries throughout the stay. We also hold your keys, ensuring we know who is in your holiday home at any time.
We perform a full changeover, including cleaning, checking, and delivering/collecting bed linen.
What You Need To Do
We'll provide full details when we walk you through the process of getting your holiday home available for sublets, but here are some key points to consider:
You will need to ensure that your holiday home has the inventory required - we'll provide a full list. If you don't have everything, don't worry as we can provide many items for you.
You will need to ensure that your holiday home always has a current and valid gas and electrical safety certificate. It also requires working fire protection equipment among other safety devices. We can arrange these things for you, so there's no stress! Other requirements include insurance, TV licence, etc., which you'll need to take care of, but we'll take you through the requirements and check everything is in order. See our Optional Owners' Services for more information.
There are some forms to complete as part of the orientation pack that will guide you on your journey to subletting your holiday home. Once all is in order, your holiday home can be put online and will be ready for guests!
You tell us what dates you'd like us to offer for sale - you're in control of how many weeks you give us.
